WHAT IS ARCHIVAL
Archival is a Microsoft Outlook add-in developed by NunYo Software LLC. Archival consists of 3 main features in this version. Those features are Archive Me, Extract Me, and Archival Reply Disabler.
ARCHIVE ME
Archive Me is a great function that allows you to remove old and big mail items from your inbox and store them locally or on a network storage. What Archive Me does is copy the original email and replaces it with a sublink to the original.
EXTRACT ME
Don’t want to use Archive Me, well Extract Me only removes the attachments from your emails and leave a sublink in its place. With Extract Me you can choose its location or hard set it in the registry.
ARCHIVAL REPLY DISABLER
Archival Reply Disabler give you the ability to remove Reply, Reply All, and Forward from an email. Just draft a new email, and disable the reply and send. Note: This only works for users that use Outlook Client.
